I have been working with light for over 30 years, since graduating from Kansas City Art Institute and studying in Japan. The work always referenced the spaces I recall from living there. Meshed with the technology of Chicago, the goal was to create immersive visual environments. The current work takes advantage of modern technologies, but the focus has always been the same, as seen here in a 1990 documentary about my solo exhibits at Around the Coyote and Ten-in-One gallery Video by Chuck Egan.
